1)  Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput

The latest couple in town finally tied the knot in July 2015, clearing all speculations that if the wedding would actually take place or not. After a lot of denials from both parties initially, the dancing heartthrob of bollywood married Mira, who has never had any bollywood connections. The marriage ceremony was a private affair, with a grand reception being thrown in by Shahid’s family with all big names of bollywood in attendance.

2)  Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor

This couple probably took the entire bollywood fraternity and the fans in deep shock when they announced their marriage. The huge age difference being one of the primary reasons of the buzz, became the talk of the town with jokes, tweets and memes making them a laughing stock.

Especially after Kareena’s reported relationship with Shahid Kapoor, no one was expecting her to marry the Nawab of Pataudi. Now who denies that love is blind!

3)  Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bacchan

The two got married in April 2007, with Aishwarya breaking a million hearts with this alliance. This wedding was made into reality by literally fighting all the odds that came in way, like the kundali matching and mangal dosh. The couple have been happily married and have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Aaradhya.

This matrimony might have closed the doors of bollywood for Aishwarya, but she has become the favourite Bahu of bollywood especially with her doting and affectionate nature towards her father-in-law, superstar Amitabh Bacchan.

4)  Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza

The cutest and the most perfect couple in town, alongwith son Rian, hogging the limelight these days with all the beautiful family pictures doing the rounds on internet.

The couple got married in Feb 2012, in a grand Maharashtrian ceremony followed by a church wedding.

5)  Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukherji

After all the years of denials, Aditya and Rani finally came out in the open about their relationship and took the vows in Italy in early 2014. Needless to say, it was a hush hush ceremony with only  few friends and family members present.
