Petrified of death my entire life

I lived in distress each moment of the day

I struggled to be healthy to live a long life

Is death truly as malevolent as I alleged it to be?

Doesn’t death liberate us from all the chaos?

Isn’t death as pure as a pearl in the ocean

Isn’t death the dawn of a rejuvenating experience

Is death not the conduit for alliance of mind and soul

Is death not the truth waiting to be explored
