I am not a certified Love Guru or Relationship Guru but yes , I do believe in the theory of sharing and caring. As a responsible Adult , we try to hide the pain and do not share it with others . We think we will get over it as time passes but what if that time period can be reduced using some techniques which are obviously situation to situation dependent.

I want you take a leap of faith and put across your pains here on this page and believe in the below statement;

“Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.”
